Visualize the Success of Your Business

Visualize the success of your business. The power of visualization has long been discovered. It has been proven over and over again that you can attract well-being by visualizing and feeling it.

What Is Visualization Meditation?

In an article published in the Journal of Religion & Spirituality in Social Work, Dr. Margolin, Pierce, and Wiley explain that meditation is “a state of psychophysical relaxation, mental silence, or an altered state of consciousness.” Moreover, they state that “visualization is the practice of conscious control of mental imagery.” [1]

When a person reaches this state of consciousness and employs the vision of a desired outcome, they can manifest it in their reality. Sounds too woo-woo to be true? Well, there are tons of new scientific research proving the validity of this statement.

The EXPERIMENT

One such research has been conducted at Weston University, Canada by Tayzia Collesso, Maria Forrester, and Imants Baruss. The results are outlined in an article posted by the Journal of Scientific Exploration in 2021 [2].

In their experiment, the team asked participants to focus on a randomly generated line across a computer monitor. By using their will alone, the participants had to move the line significantly up or down (by their choice).

The individuals in the first group were simply asked to do so without any preparation. The collected data showed that these people did not achieve any significant success.

The participants in the second group, however, were asked to meditate and visualize before conducting the experiment. In addition, they were given the instructions to use visualization to move the line (e.g., to imagine that the line is very light and flies up or that it is very heavy and drops down). The results were astonishing as this group scored a significant success.

The researchers further made an interesting observation that the individuals, who were nervous or scared, did not accomplish the goal. On other hand, the participants who were peaceful or excited were able to achieve outstanding results.

This experiment concludes that by meditation and visualization, accompanied by positive emotions and feelings, a person could make things happen or change.

Visualization Meditation for Successful Business

Regardless of whether you believe in the power of visualization meditation or not, I would like to encourage you to give it a try. All it takes is 10-15 minutes of your time. In the worst-case scenario, you “wasted” a few minutes. In the best-case scenario, you helped your business expand through the power of your love.

3 Key Ingredients

As described by researchers [2], the success of the experiment was linked to meditation, visualization, and positive feelings.

(1) Meditation – start the process by meditation. The purpose of this step is to quiet your mind, relax, and reach your consciousness. That is, you turn off your ego and become conscious. Only through this level, you can create effectively.

(2) Visualization – visualize the success of your business by imagining the benefits your customers receive through your products or services. For more ideas, simply scroll a bit more.

(3) Positive feelings – fear freezes you and prevents you from achieving your dreams. Since worry, doubt, anxiousness, anger, guilt, and blame are all children of fear, they won’t help you succeed in anything. That is why, it is important, while you are meditating and visualizing, to feel love, happiness, peace, joy, hope, etc.

Practice, practice, practice

In the preferred experiment, the participants were given 20 trials. The results were based on their overall performance and success.

In other words, to be sure of your actual success, try the exercise for about 3 weeks consistency.

In the beginning, you might feel awkward or silly. You might not be able to evoke positive feelings from thin air. If this is the case, just stick to the routine stubbornly. Over time, it will become easy for you. Since it is your business and you already love it, very soon you’ll be able to visualize and manifest your success.

How to visualize the success of your business

I prefer to write my script in my journal so I don’t wonder in my thoughts during the process.

Here is my 4-step approach. Use it as is, adjusted it to suit your needs, or create your own.

(1) Imagine someone purchases your product from your website (or wherever you sell your products). See them excited and even a little impatient to receive and use it. Feel their enthusiasm. See the twinkle in their eyes when their pay for their purchase.

(2) Imagine the moment when your customer receives the package. See how thrilled they are. Notice the little skip in their steps while bringing the package inside. Feel their anticipation and enjoyment when opening the package. OMG! This product is exactly what they needed! And it is finally here!

(3) Imagine the person using your product. See and feel the love and care with which they utilize it. See how their life becomes so much better thanks to your product.

(4) Imagine how your customer enthusiastically shares their lovely experience with their family and friends. Everyone in their circle talks about your product and wants to have it. There is so much love and joy. Feel it!

In my script, I use the product as an example. However, you can use a service or a combination of both.

Spend no less than 10 min and no more than 15 min. (don’t give chance to your ego to wake up and ruin the party 😉 )

Your success is in your hands, waiting to be shared with the world. Freely visualize the success of your business and witness it grow with your love.
