Love and appreciate your body. Your body is with you every moment of your life. Appreciate it by telling it how much you love it. Affirm its great physical state daily. Believe in the self-healing power of your body.

If our body is aching and non-cooperating, we notice the discomfort immediately. Most of the time, we reach out to the medicine cabinet and look for a fast remedy.

If our body is diseased in any way, many of us tend to get upset with it or even blame it for our misfortunes.

If our body, however, is in great shape, we take this for a given and do not acknowledge it. We do not take the time to express our gratitude for what we have.

I love and appreciate my beautiful, healthy, strong, and well-functioning body

One of the keys to happiness is to focus on all the good things that we have. This applies to our bodies as well. So, let’s love and appreciate our bodies.

If we want to have a healthy, strong, fit, and well-functioning body, we can start by shifting our awareness to what works well in our body. Do you see well? Do you hear well? Are your hands working well? Do your legs carry you around? Take a small piece as a starting point and grow from there.

The power of this affirmation is the focus we place on the well-being of our body. If we are living and breathing, it could only mean that something in our body is functioning well. Be grateful for the small stuff and watch them multiply.
