Contribute to the World Peace
Contribute to world peace by visualizing it for 3 to 5 minutes every day!
Even without turning on the TV, you have already heard the many disturbing news about natural disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes), regional wars, hunger, diseases, crime, etc. Although these unfortunate events are not new, their significance increases due to the speed with which the information reaches the masses.
These experiences are characterized by low vibration and enormous fear. In fact, the more people are afraid, the more they attract events of this kind. The more events of this kind occur, the more people are afraid. It is yet another vicious circle.
In this chaos, however, some individuals manage to pray and ask for help. They want to live in their homes surrounded by love, peace, and harmony. The issue is that when they live under stress, they vibrate with lower frequency, which in turn attracts negative experiences.
Hearing and reading about these misfortunes made me ask the question, Are we all doomed? If people cannot help themselves out of these troubles, does it mean there is no solution to world peace? And by peace, I mean living in a war-free and natural disaster-free world where everyone is happy, fulfilled and loved.
The message
A couple of mornings ago, while getting ready for meditation, a news title grabbed my attention about a regional conflict (in a different part of the world). This bugged me big time and I wished to know how humanity can restore harmony on the planet.
After my mediation, I proceeded with my AWE daily exercise, starting with the first question, What do I need to know today? [1]
I was surprised when my Divine guidance team gave me a clear message to my earlier question about helping restore the peace on our beautiful planet. In this article, I share with you an easy and no time or effort-consuming technique that we can all do, along with the reasoning behind it.
Why would I want to help? What is there for me?
A few years ago, when I was completing my MBA, I took a course on sustainability. The course looked at many issues, such as poverty, lack of access to fresh water, polluted air, and overconsumption of natural resources, to name a few. The most important point, however, is that we reviewed all those problems from a global perspective.
So, in the beginning, my question was, Why do I need to worry about the other side of the world? What is there for me?
I know, I know. Too selfish of me to even consider thinking these questions. However, it was a good lesson for me and I did learn a lot.
In particular, when more people live above the poverty line, more people can afford many of the goods and services offered in my country/region. When air and water are clean, the imported products that my family and I consume are also clean and nourishing. Sustainable and cleaner transportation means better quality of the air which I breathe. The list goes on and on. You get the idea.
In addition to all these, the happier people are, the more creative they are. Rather than creating disasters driven by their fear, they create beautiful and relaxing art and useful, valuable inventions. Happier people communicate with each other in a better, more loving way. They treat nature better. The overall energy improves.
The same reasons apply to help bring world peace. Would it not be nice if we could make business with people from around the world? Would it not be great if we could travel wherever we want and explore different parts of our planet? Would it not be amazing if we could live knowing that the entire planet is a safe place?
Why would I need to help?
Have you heard the saying that we cannot affect/change other people unless they give their permission? You may try to change a person or their life, but unless they decide to change, there is really nothing you could do.
If this is the case, then, how can we help people in distress? Shouldn’t they be helping themselves?
Well… as it often happens, the answer is yes and no.
Yes, people who experience negative life circumstances have the power to help themselves. After all, to every problem, there is a solution. The challenge is that to reach and manifest the best solution for all that are affected, these individuals need to raise their vibration. And this is not an easy task, especially when these people live under extreme, long-term stress.
If you do not live in such a region, however, you might be in a position to easily maintain positivity and harmony. If this is the case, then you can as easily direct your positive thoughts, intention and love to a suffering place. By doing so, this place’s overall vibration will raise, which, in turn, will help the local population feel the hope and eventually manifest the solution to their problems.
We are on this planet together, and we have the capacity to help each other. Rather than seeing the world as “I versus they,” see it as “all of us together.”
How to contribute to the world peace?
Creating peace and harmony is as easy as creating everything else. All it takes is your willingness to spend a few minutes imagining what it would feel like to have whatever you want. This also applies when you wish to contribute to world peace.
If you are not familiar with the manifestation through the visualization process, here are the three simple steps:
1. Take a few deep breaths
To manifest anything good (i.e., love, peace, harmony, joy, etc.), you have to vibrate with a higher frequency. That is, good attracts good.
One of the quickest and easy ways to do so is through meditation. The purpose of this is to quiet your chattering mind so you can connect to the Divine Source energy.
Sounds too woo-woo for you? Then, think of this as a way to relax so your mind can easier imagine something positive and beautiful and feel the joy that comes along.
If you don’t have 15 minutes to meditate, simply take a few deep and slow breaths. Concentrate on the flow of the air in and out of your body and let your muscles and mind relax.
2. Imagine world peace
When you feel calm and loved, imagine the world as a beautiful place to live in. It could be anything that would make you feel better. It is important to imagine yourself as a part of the picture.
For example, you may envision visiting a new country where people are friendly, shops are full of colourful clothes and delicious food. Perhaps you find yourself on the beach surrounded by music, dances and laughter. Or maybe you see exchanging creative ideas with artists from different geographical regions? Do you see the forest thriving again? Are the rivers with clean waters full of playful fish?
Spend no more than 3 to 5 minutes in your vision.
Whatever it is, let your imagination be free. Let your body feels the joy, happiness and love of being free and living in a world of peace and harmony. After all, if you cannot imagine it, how could you expect this to happen, right?
3. Give a short prayer of gratitude
If you could imagine world peace, know that it already exists in the Divine, non-physical reality. It is a matter of consistent practice to manifest your vision.
If you truly believe that this is true, give a brief prayer of gratitude. Thank the Universe/Divine Source for bringing your vision to reality and for helping you materialize your dream. This will serve as a confirmation that you trust your ability to contribute to world peace.
If you don’t believe in your power to change the world, it simply means you need a bit more practice. Continue with the visualization exercise for a few more days until you start feeling its truth.
Dr. David Hawkins and Dr. Wayne Dyer have long discovered that:
“One individual who lives and vibrates to the energy of optimism and a willingness to be nonjudgmental of others will counterbalance the negativity of 90,000 individuals who calibrate at the lower weakening levels.
One individual who lives and vibrates to the energy of pure love and reverence for all of life will counterbalance the negativity of 750,000 individuals who calibrate at the lower weakening levels.” [2]
