It Is Possible to Change My Life
I want to change my life. How often do you catch yourself saying or thinking this? And, how often is your next thought, “Yes, but it’s impossible because…”?

We want to change our lives for the better. This is normal. It makes sense. But, more often than not, we believe it is impossible. To make it even worse, we sugarcoat this belief by giving it real excuses. For example, I want to be free and do whatever I want, but I know it is impossible because I have responsibilities towards my family, I need money so I have to work. I want to have a healthy lifestyle, but I don’t have the time for that. Or, I want to live a stress-free life, but it’s impossible because I have two little children. You get the idea.
You can change the old story
What if there is a way to change your life? What if the only barrier between you and your dream life is this tiny belief that it is impossible? That’s all!
Somehow, somewhere, some time ago, you picked up the belief, another person’s opinion, that it is impossible to change your life. And, although you hear (or read) that other people do so, you know it simply couldn’t be done. You want it but it cannot be done…
Well… this is just a belief, a thought, somebody’s opinion. Nothing more than that. And guess what! You can change your beliefs. You can pick and choose what to believe and what not to believe.
If you don’t like believing that it’s impossible to change your life, then, stop believing it. It is that simple.

The steps to changing your belief
Easier said than done, isn’t it? To help you overcome the biggest roadblock in your life, I offer an idea that you could try:
Step 1 – Affirm that you choose to believe that it is possible for a person to change their life. Don’t question how it could be done, what you should do, etc. Just get it in your mind and consciousness that it is possible. In general, it is possible for a person to change their life. Affirm it non-stop, 20 times an hour or even more. Keep affirming until it feels good to say or think about it. Every time you see something you don’t like in your life or environment, say your affirmation.
Step 2 – Now, that you believe it is possible for a person to change their life, affirm that you accept that it is possible for you to change your life. Again, don’t question it, don’t try to figure it out. Just get it in your mind and consciousness. Affirm it non-stop. Every time you see something you don’t like or you don’t want in your life, start affirming that you choose to accept the idea that it is possible to change your life. Let all these unpleasant events be just a reminder to keep affirming. Keep going until it feels good to know that yes, it is possible for you to change your life.

Step 3 – Now, that you accepted the idea that it is possible to change your life, affirm that you choose to create a new life for yourself. Don’t try to think of how or what. Just keep affirming that now, it is your time to create your new life. Let this idea settle in your mind and consciousness. Affirm it non-stop, 20 times an hour or more. Keep affirming until something starts shifting in your reality. That’s when the fun part begins.
Step 4 – Now, that you know with an absolute certainty that it is possible and that you can do it, start tuning into your inner voice and your environment. Actively listen and look for signs of the next perfect step. Don’t try to force it or figure it out. Just keep affirming and following up on the inspired actions that come before you.

Step 1: “I choose to believe that it is possible to change my life.”
Step 2: “I accept that it is possible to change my life.”
Step 3: “I choose to create the life of my dreams in the best possible way.”
Step 4: “I am open and receptive to the steps for changing my life. I am ready to act!”
